São muitos eventos que acabo participando pelo blog, para todos os gostos… Uns fartos e gostosos, outros recheados de brindes, aqueles com chefs famosos, alguns com muitos amigos presentese por aí vai. Semana passada porém, participei de um que reunia todas essas características em uma única tarde: um almoço na sede da La Pastina, com direito a uma “feirinha” com degustação de diversos produtos maravilhosos da marca, para conhecer seus lançamentos.
E que “feirinha”! Mais uma vez estavam presentes as cervejas que comentei por aqui, de trigo, de ervilha e de lentilha. Garanto que são excelentes!
E eram muitas e muitas opções de vinho… Pena que por estar amamentando não pude aproveitar muito!
Muitas comidinhas também…
O evento já seria sensacional se ficasse só na feirinha, mas muito ainda estava por vir! Fomos chamados a uma grande mesa onde o almoço seria servido. Foram muitas e muitas delícias, uma atrás da outra, preparadas com os produtos da La Pastina, e todas harmonizadas perfeitamente com vinhos World Wine (que também pertence à marca).
Para começar, antepastos estavam nos esperando na mesa… AMEI essa pimenta que fica no meio da foto. Apesar de ser uma pimenta não arde e tem um sabor maravilhoso!
Veio então o primeiro prato: “Fregola com lula”. Fregola é essa massa no formato de bolinhas que aparece na foto que eu nem mesmo sabia que era tão saborosa. Virei fã de verdade e para quem não conhece ainda, vale provar: sensacional!
Em seguida, um nhoque que mais parecia daqueles caseiros. E não precisa guardar na geladeira. Uma delícia!
Depois veio mais um prato fenomenal: Fettuccini com molho de costela suina, chutney e trufas.
E a sobremesa não poderia ficar atrás: creme de marrones com fromage blanc. Deu vontade de pedir outra porção!
Pensam que parou por aqui?? Que nada… Vejam só o kit sensacional que nós ganhamos ao final do evento, recheado de delícias. La Pastina, muito obrigada por tantas delícias! Resta apenas a pergunta: quando será o próximo?? ; )
